3 kids 2 dogs 1 happy family

It's been over a year since my last blog post and since then a lot has happened. We lost our black pug Chato (reasons unknown) and also lost a dog we were sitting. Not a good year for pets here at the Lobato home. We took the boys to Disneyland and sea world for their 2nd birthday and saw the beach for the first time. On that trip I also found out I was pregnant. Greg won achievers again so we got to go to cancun in march just the two of us all expenses paid at a very fancy all inclusive resort, it was very cool. Now the boys will be 3 years old next month and I'm trying to savor every last bit of 2 that we have left. Sophia was born May 17th and is growing fast. 3 kids under 3 keeps me very busy to say the least. The boys favorite thing to watch is Caillou, they are barely potty trained, which was the most stressful thing I have ever done and the most rewarding. Everything with twins is more complicated but I am very glad that one is done with. We just bought a brand new 2013 Toyota tundra (Greg's dream truck) and we sold my 2008 ford escape which we bought last November and got a used 2000 Toyota Ecco. Since we've been married we've had the S10, 07' corolla, 94 corolla, 11 corolla, 94 prévia, 08 escape, 12 tundra, and 00 Ecco. 8 cars in 4 years! That's about right, for some reason we can't hold on to a vehicle for very long, we get bored or something. I'm really hoping we can keep these two for a long while. Right now my life consists of movie screenings with Greg, trying to get as much sleep as possible, nursing, keeping the boys fed, and trying to keep myself and all the kids looking and smelling presentable before we leave the house everyday (which can never be done on time). Right at this moment Sophia is napping in her crib and the boys found a stash of salt water taffy in the cupboard and I'm pretty sure they've been in the kitchen eating every last one so now they're yelling floofy groofy head to each other and laughing loudly. On the agenda for today is get the dishes washed, make spaghetti for lunch and take the kids for a picnic in the park before or after nap time. Every time Greg and I go out alone we can't go without remembering and talking about something cute the kids did that day. The boys are at such a cute age, they never have clothes on and they do and say the funniest things, I need to take more video of them. Leon is in my face right now saying scooby face head and putting a balloon string around my nose
so I will get up and start lunch. The recap of the last year I would say has been pretty wonderful. We are very blessed.
